Brilliant service every time from Online Labels. Only once has their been a mistake with an order, and this was when I ordered a specific sized label, and they accidently sent me the wrong size, when this was highlighted, they simply sent me the correct ones immediately, with no quibbles towards wanting me to return the ones sent to me in error. Perfect service and quality labels on every occasion. Old fashioned customer service that should be applauded.

I bought some labels a year ago and used about half the packet. Used the rest today but the actual labels had not been cut so they didn’t separate from the paper. Rang customer services and being sent new labels. No quibbles just a sincere apology and a whole pack of labels. Thank you fantastic customer service.

TRULY SUPERIOR

I have never had such not only superb products from a company but such a superior customer service, they truly are second to none. I was clueless on how to use the designer, which is an amazing tool that they provide unlike ANY other label company, i wouldn't dare to try and remember how many calls i made asking for help and that is what i got and more, not only were they so extremely helpful but also extremely nice too, truly a rare thing these days, it seems that customer service has left the building and has been replaced by a machine, even when they are actual people they are machines using a script, but not with these. I will not go anywhere else for any of my labels now even if they are demonstrably cheaper, as i know i wouldn't get a better label or better customer service. Thanks so much for being who you are. I would like to say Thank You for such amazing customer service. I have contacted them on two occasions and each time I received such good support. I only wish more companies that I deal with were like this. I would and do, recommend your company wholeheartedly!

One of the BEST there is. This company bends over backwards to make sure their customers are treated right. It is a very RARE treat these days and to also have a very Great product to boot!! I use their product every day and with the Maestro Design Tool, it makes my life easy. I highly recommend their product and service to one and all!!
