Our Return Policy on Bespoke Items
We understand that circumstances will sometimes arise where the finalized product does not work exactly as you hoped. Many label companies won't allow you to return bespoke-manufactured products. We are different.
Our commitment is to provide the most complete hassle-free resolution for all our products, not just our stock items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bespoke purchase, you can return the bespoke-manufactured items to us within 30 days, with the guidelines below:
Bespoke Sizes
Once we receive the returned items, we'll refund you 50% of the original purchase price on your bespoke sizes. This policy applies to bespoke-manufactured quantities of under 10,000 sheets.
