TRULY SUPERIOR

I have never had such not only superb products from a company but such a superior customer service, they truly are second to none. I was clueless on how to use the designer, which is an amazing tool that they provide unlike ANY other label company, i wouldn't dare to try and remember how many calls i made asking for help and that is what i got and more, not only were they so extremely helpful but also extremely nice too, truly a rare thing these days, it seems that customer service has left the building and has been replaced by a machine, even when they are actual people they are machines using a script, but not with these. I will not go anywhere else for any of my labels now even if they are demonstrably cheaper, as i know i wouldn't get a better label or better customer service. Thanks so much for being who you are.
