How do I access my saved designs?
Maestro Label Designer (UK) remains active through 31 December 2027. Sign in with the same credentials you used at uk.onlinelabels.com.

What about an order I placed before 1 September?
Orders placed before the transition date are being fulfilled as normal. For questions about a specific order, please email uktransition@onlinelabels.com through 30 September 2026.

Will my account information be deleted?
Your account remains accessible through 31 December 2027 alongside Maestro Label Designer. After that date, accounts and stored designs will be removed in line with data retention requirements.

Is The Label Network Ltd the same company?
No — The Label Network Ltd is a separate, independent business. However, the TLN team has been our operational partner for many years, managing the day-to-day of OnlineLabels UK and fulfilling orders for customers across UK, Ireland, and Europe. From 1 September 2026 they trade directly under their own banner. OnlineLabels UK customer information is not transferred to The Label Network Ltd, so to receive marketing or place orders with them, you'll need to sign up directly on their site.
