What's your return policy?

Here are the next steps once the return process has been initiated:

1. You'll get an email confirmation.
2. Print and include your return email with the list of enclosed products.
3. Write your RMA (return material authorisation) number on the outside of your shipping box and on the address label.
4. We will process your refund as quickly as possible to your original method of payment once we receive the return.
