What is your exchange policy?
Rather than issue exchanges, we offer a money back guarantee on all of our products. We will issue a credit for any returned product and bill for any new product being shipped out.

Can I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?
Yes, many times we can change or cancel an order as long as the package hasn't dispatched. You can check the status of your order using our order tracking page.

Can I change the delivery address on an order once it's been placed?

How can I view a copy of my invoice?
You can find a copy of your invoice by visiting the "My Account" section, located in the upper right hand corner of OnlineLabels.com homepage. Once you have logged in, simply click on the order number to view and print a specific invoice.

How do I apply a reward code to my order?
You can enter a reward code in two places during the checkout process. The first occurrence of the reward code entry box appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the "My Shopping Basket" page. It’s located above the orange "Checkout" button. The second time you can enter a reward code is on the final page of the checkout process. In the top right-hand corner of the confirmation page, select "Do you have a Reward Code?" A textbox will drop down and you'll be able to apply your reward.

Can I use PayPal to pay for my order?
Yes. To pay online using PayPal, select "Paypal" as the method of payment during the checkout process.

Is VAT included in the price of the labels?

I'm an international customer, why have I been charged a different amount than the original purchase?
Your charge may show up differently than your original purchase for one of two reasons:
- The total due is based off of the day's current exchange rate.
